ALMOTAKAMEL2000 Accounts Receivable allows you to easily track and collect monies owed by customers. You’ll have the information needed to stay on top of delinquent accounts before they become old and too difficult to collect.
Current and accurate financial information can improve your cash flow. knowing who owes your money, how much, and when it is due allows you to control your receivable. many management reports and regularly issued statements will also assist in collections.
Analyzing product sales and customer purchases allows you to quickly make informed management decisions and develop sales strategies.

Some of the many features of Accounts Receivable include:

  • Unlimited number of customers.
  • Maintains customers data and their accounts in different currencies .
  • Categorizes your customer base by salesman, sales territory, sales area, customer type, customer class and ustomer activity type.
  • Allows you to define credit limits, payment terms .
  • Tracks salesmen, sales supervisors, distribution representatives and distribution supervisors for monthly targets, net sales and collections.
  • Maintains sales orders, invoices, returns and payments data.
  • Automatic pricing based on quantity breaks or by price levels.
  • Discounts by invoice total or by line item.
  • Sales tax calculation by invoice/line item.
  • Check customer credit limits .
  • Customer Payments can be applied to customer accounts on either a “balance forward “ or “open items “basis.
  • Tracks sales and payment history.
  • Date sensitive accounts receivable aging report.
  • Can be used independently or integrated with General Ledger and Inventory Control modules.
