From our application we can follow up work orders , work centers , routes of products starting from issuing raw materials till finished products include semi finished products , scrap recycling -----etc.

All system is fully integrated with Inventory which  is fully support mixed-mode manufacturing using the most efficient methods or techniques, whether it be engineer-to-order, assemble-to-order, repetitive, flow, or project manufacturing.  Other capabilities are material movements, and reservation of materials, analysis and cycle counting and physical inventories and periodically reports for deviations.Also integrated with general ledger and cost centers .

Cost Management - Is a sophisticated product costing, valuation, cost simulation, and margin analysis tool that helps you control, manage, and analyze the profitability of your business.

Bills of Material - Bills of Material helps manage all of essential engineering, business planning, sales order configuration, material planning, and material handling information. Update revisions, forecast demand for product families, accurately plan material and resource requirements, and specify automated material-handling transactions using simple replenishment and back flush techniques. Cost accountants can also simulate, plan, and analyze costs for items and their alternatives.

Capacity - Helps you optimize the use of your resources by highlighting bottlenecks and letting you simulate changes in production plans and resources.   Capacity lets you evaluate your rough cut and detailed capacity plans online in real time.  It allows you to validate your master schedules and detailed material plans against available capacity before finalizing them, so you can quickly and easily simulate the impact of changing resources and product demands on your current capacity requirements.

Work in Process - Build work orders using standard discrete jobs, build repetitive schedules for any interval, build final assembly orders for configure-to-order, build nonstandard jobs for prototypes, rework, maintenance, and/or special projects.  In addition, cost items using a weighted average perpetual cost.
