For any company who sell or distribute any kinds of machine the growth of this company not determine only on its selling amounts but also by the after sales services which it provide to its customer.
After sales services system will began when a machine have a problem and the representative recorded a request in the system by all information needed (customer , machine , in-warranty y/n , warranty contract y/n , problem noticed , emergency level , need customer cost approval ).
After that the system appear the request in a service queue to decide to whom it will be transferred according to the machine kind , problem noticed & severity .
It will be diagnosed to know what is really wrong . This process help to identifying the solution .
The solution may involve replacing spare parts , replace the whole machine or just some maintenance job.
If the machine in warranty period or even in warranty contract (knowing that will be according to the serial no.
of the machine ) this will processed (issuing needed spare parts or even full replacement from the inventory system ) going through some stages which is predefined by the company till it finish , and the customer will be called to receive the machine .
And will receive a maintenance invoice and new warranty for the spare parts used in the process.
If not and the customer will be called to notify him by the cost (spare parts amount & labor fees )and take approval or decline the repair and take back his machine.
And after the customer approval the same process will be held as if the machine in warranty .
